Technical fabrics for industrial applications

We manufacture coated fabrics for our customers' applications. We demand the best performance from all materials that we use, from threads to coatings. We coat both woven and knit fabrics using PVC, polyurethane, PVC/polyurethane mix and other thermoplastic coatings.

The application always determines the fabrics' technical qualities. The qualities to be considered when choosing a Scantarp fabric include strength, fire resistance, special UV protection, light transmission, frost and chemical resistance as well as electrical conductivity.

Due to our calendering technique, we can manufacture fully airtight and gastight fabrics. Every fabric we produce is also available phthalate-free.

We hold more than 100 different fabrics in up to 30 colours in store, which guarantees that we can deliver products to our customers quickly. Our selection includes e.g. building fabrics, screen and curtain fabrics, door fabrics for indoor and outdoor use, boat fabrics, fabrics for oil booms as well as cover fabrics. WASH AND CARE OF PVC FABRICS

Use a neutral or slightly alkaline washing liquid (do not use solvents).
Follow the instructions of the detergent manufacturer.
Do not use hot water (max. temperature +40 °C).
Avoid strong mechanical abrasion.
Rinse well after washing.
Dry before packing or storing.
When using a pressure washer, follow the instructions of the manufacturer.
Damaged technical fabric can be repaired using PVC adhesive and a piece of tarp.
