PVC fabric is weather resistant: Waterproof, UV-protected, and low temperature resistant
PVC coated fabrics are designed to withstand varying weather conditions, from cold winters to intense sunlight and high UV exposure. They provide reliable protection all year round, regardless of the season or weather. With proper care, their lifespan can extend up to twenty years.
Thanks to the excellent weather resistance, our fabrics are suitable for outdoor use in applications such as buildings, doors, silos, curtains, event and market tents, tarpaulins, and truck covers.
PVC coated fabrics withstand temperatures down to -60 °C
Thanks to their low temperature resistance, our products can be handled in cold conditions. Our standard products are suitable for handling temperatures down to -40 °C, while our special products are designed to withstand stress in temperatures as low as -60 °C.
When the material remains stationary and is not subjected to stress, low temperatures will not cause permanent damage, even if the material is specified for use in higher temperatures.

UV protection extends the lifespan of PVC coated fabric
UV protection helps the material retain its color and structure when exposed to the sun’s UV radiation, thus extending the lifespan of PVC coated fabric.
We have taken increased UV exposure into account in our material formulations, and we offer options suitable for different UV levels. See the map to find out the solar radiation levels in different regions and which products we recommend for them.
Waterproof and airtight fabrics
Thanks to our calandaring technique, we can manufacture fully airtight, watertight and gastight coated fabrics. Our waterproof coated fabrics help protect against rain. For this reason, the fabrics are suitable for the construction of buildings and industrial doors as well as manufacturing of curtains and covers.
Airtight and waterproof fabrics are also ideal to produce inflatable boats.

Regular cleaning helps extend the service life of PVC coated fabric
Regular cleaning and maintenance extend the lifespan of PVC coated fabric. A dirty fabric is also more prone to wear caused by UV radiation, so regular cleaning of dust and dirt helps preserve the material in good condition for longer period. With proper care, the service life of the fabric can be up to twenty years.
For cleaning, use neutral or slightly alkaline all-purpose cleaner and water at a maximum temperature of +40 °C. Avoid strong mechanical rubbing to prevent damage to the fabric surface. After washing, the fabric should be dried thoroughly before packing and storage. Any damage can be repaired using PVC glue and a piece of tarpaulin.
See washing and maintenance instructions for PVC and PVC/PU coated fabrics.
